Business Terms

ORDERING:

Your order total on the checkout does not include the VAT and Shipping cost. These will be added to the final invoice and e-mailed to you separately.

For UK and EC customers there will be 20% VAT added to the grand total.

However, if you are an EC customer with a valid VAT number then the VAT will not be charged. Therefore please do not forget to include your VAT number in the box provided in your order on the check out.

PAYMENT:

The payment methods are cash on collection, bank transfer and Paypal. We do not accept credit cards.

Your final invoice will include all the payment options with their correct amount. Then you can choose the method you prefer.

For UK bank transfers there is no additional cost.

For international bank transfers there will be a fixed bank charge of £8.00. This is what our bank charges us.

For all PayPal payments there will be a fixed 5% charge. This is what PayPal charges us.

For PayPal payments we only ship to the confirmed PayPal registered address. Therefore please make sure that your address is registered with your PayPal account and confirmed.

SHIPPING:

We ship fully insured and tracked by all major couriers and Royal Mail.

Normally upto 2Kg weight we ship by Royal mail as this goes as a small parcel and is much more economical. Anything above 2Kg will be shipped by courier.

SHORTAGES:

Each shipment is photographed in detail during packing. However, any shortages that are to be found will be shipped at our expense.

RETURNS:

As these are self-assembly kits we do not accept returns.

WARRANTY:

As these are self-assembly kits we can not guarantee their performance, and can not accept any liability for the loss and damage caused by their use.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

We provide unlimited technical support for our kits. You may contact us as many times as you wish and we will respond as soon as possible.
